In Male
For Male we have to add degree of Sun, Venus and Jupiter. And find the sign where it is Placed. That area is Known as Beej Sphut.
This area is must placed in Odd sign and odd navmasa.
If falls in Even sign or even navmasa then cause issues regarding Conceive.
In Female
Add Mars, Moon and Jupiter degree. Find the sign where this Sum is fall. It is known as Kshaitra Sphuta.
This must be fall in even sign and Even Navmasa.
If Fall in Odd sign and odd navmasa then cause problem regarding Conceive.
Another important point
This area is not afflicted by natural malefic Rahu and other akarak planet.

1)The day of M.C. of lady, Moon must be aspects by Mars and placed in Unupachaya house (other than 3,6,10, 11th house) from birth sign of lady. Only those months conceive may possible.
2)At the time of relationship for Conceive process
For Male, Sun and Venus is transit in own house or exaltation in either in Rashi or Navansh at Upachaya house (3,6, 10,11th) from birth sign.
