As we know that profession is belong to 10th house and natural karak of profession is Saturn. 3rd, 5th and 9th house is dusthan from 10th house (6th, 8th, 12th), they are indicating transfer, job loss and change in jobs. So 12th house is 7th from 6th house (prime house for jobs) and 12th house is also a travelling house.
So combination for Job transfer
During Dasha of 3rd house, 9th house and 12th house and if they are making relationship with 10th and 6th house either in Natal chart or transit then transfer may be possible. Means we have to combination of 3rd house, 6th house, 9th house, 10th house and 12th house.
Combination for Change in jobs
5th and 9th house is 8th and 12th from 10th house. And 5th house is 12th from 6th house. So when 5th house is bad position in Natal chart or transit and he has making relationship with 6th and 10th house then loss of job is possible. Means during Dasha of 5th, 6th, 10th house loss of job is possible. But for this 5th house in evil effect such as Conjunction with Dusthan lord either in Natal chart of transit.
9th house is also indicating same if in bad influence as 5th house in above conditions.
If 5th house is in good condition in above case then change in jobs is possible.

1)Moon is natural karak of traveling or changes. Saturn is karak of Profession.
So when Saturn is either trine(1,5,9) from natal Moon or 2-12 then change in jobs or profession is possible.
2)When Jupiter is either conjuct or aspects Moon then place change of native is possible.
3)If condition 1 and condition 2 both are full fill then job change or transfer with place change is possible.
4)Ketu is natural destroyer of any planet Materialistic significant. When Ketu transit over Natal Saturn or trine from Natal Saturn then it may be capable to bring change in professional life.
5) Rahu is natural karak of desiers so when Rahu is transit over Natal Saturn or trine from natal Saturn then Native may be changed his professional life or add any profession for desiers of more growth in professional life.
6)Rahu and Ketu transit over Natal Or trine from natal Venus may be capable to bring change regarding earnings.
7)Rahu/Ketu/Saturn transit over 10th house or 10th house lord may also capable to bring change in profession.
